Goodbye 2015

This sums up the year pretty well- wild but wonderful
It has been a hectic year.  There have been lows like Matt traveling way more than usual, feeling like someone was always sick, and nights full of crying interrupting our precious sleep.  There have been highs like finding out Claudia was pregnant, watching Kate and Luke's friendship develop, and trips to visit family.  Speaking of visiting family, our warm and rainy whirlwind Christmas tour was lots of fun- here are a few highlights:

First up, Christmas morning at our house before hitting the road-

Next stop, Grammie and Granddaddy's in Oak Ridge-

Then on to Lexington for the day-

Krispy Kreme donuts and catching up with old pals Caroline and Ellie
Crawford's tree looks like it belongs on a Christmas card, especially with this cutie under it

She was careful, precise, and a delicious decorator

Mack family cookie decorating tradition continues

This tunnel may have been the biggest hit out of all the gifts

Last Christmas as the "baby" of the family on this side
And ending back in Oak Ridge for a day of playing with new toys instead of getting in the car-

She is smiling because Granddaddy is turning on her new favorite movie, Frozen
I usually spend some time reading back through the blog around New Year's, remembering all the fun and how far the kids have come in just a year, and this year is no different.  The theme of most posts is family (ok, and "I'm tired" seems to be a popular sentiment on the blog this year too), but family is what this year was all about and I'm praying that next year is that way too.  I wish you all a healthy, happy, and memorable 2016.  If you're one of the many blog readers who I have not seen in a long time, here's hoping that the new year might have us crossing paths again soon.  Love to you all!
