Backyard Fun

Kate has always enjoyed spending a sunny day on a swing... 

Some past swing memories... and one new one!

So excited

 We love taking Kate to the playground at the elementary school down the street, but there are no swings.  She (ok, and I, as you might notice in the far left photo below) enjoys frolicking and climbing all over the playground and we just knew our boring backyard needed something for Kate to get her energy out and it definitely needed to include a swing.

Playground adventures

 Kate would like to extend an online invitation to all her blog friends to come visit her new backyard play set, where the giggles of glee never stop.  It has a slide, climbing ramp, and two swings and she is in love with it.  We've never heard her squeal with delight the way she did her first time in her new swing.  Spring is around the corner, days are about to get lighter for longer, and I can't wait to spend the season in our backyard!
