Valentine Weekend

 

South Carolina has luckily been spared from the mess of ice, snow, sleet, and super cold temperatures that are impacting the rest of the country.  All we have been dealing with lately is lots of rain!  Last weekend it rained the entire weekend long, and we had the best and most lazy two days!  We baked and decorated cookies and the kids stayed in their pajamas the whole day long.  On Sunday we had a Lego day and spent hours designing, building, and then playing with our Harry Potter themed creations.  For a family that loves being outdoors, it was surprising how much fun we had housebound for a few days.  

Exchanging Valentine's and unprompted hugs
