My favorite little guy went from a baby to a boy overnight. Once he started walking he immediately seemed more grown up and began taking his curious and reckless spirit to new extremes. And so we have entered the phase of skinned knees, constantly yelling "NO!!" (us, not him... yet), and chasing after this hilarious man on the move.
Likes: pushing limits, testing boundaries, roaring like a lion, being outside, climbing, golf, basketball, frisbee, dancing, giving sloppy kisses that dangerously border on biting, his "Sis-ta!", giggling hysterically at Eskimo kisses
Dislikes: his highchair, his car seat, timeout, ocean waves, waiting for meals to be served, eczema, when his nose is runny (which is often, and he will say what sounds sort of like "tissue" and point to the box while sniffling), when Kate is allowed to do things he is not, missing the sunrise

Kisses - then and now
The past year and a half with Luke Edward in our lives has been richer, happier, and more fun than I could have imagined. Even when he wakes up super early, screams for no reason, or tests my patience with a tantrum... I love him more and more each day. Thanks Luke, for making each day a little brighter!

I love that little rascal. What a delight he is. Give him a big old kiss and a hug.
ReplyDeleteHe does look like a little boy now!! Lol at "missing the sunrise." :)
